About TrustChekr

Free scam detection for every Canadian. No sign-up. No tracking. Just answers.

🎯 Our Mission

Canadians lost over $530 million to fraud in 2025 — and that's only what was reported. The real number is estimated to be 5-10x higher. Seniors are hit hardest, and most don't know who to ask for help.

TrustChekr exists to change that. We built a free tool that lets anyone — regardless of age or tech experience — check if something might be a scam. No jargon. No judgment. No sign-up required.

🔍 What We Check

🔗Websites & URLs
💬Suspicious messages & emails
📞Phone numbers
📧Email addresses
Crypto wallet addresses
📷QR codes
📱Screenshots (OCR)
📄Document manipulation
💔Romance scam patterns
🤖AI-generated text detection

⚙️ How It Works

When you submit something to check, TrustChekr runs it through 14 analysis modules including:

  • Pattern matching — 50+ scam signals trained on real Canadian fraud data
  • 9 OSINT databases — domain records, breach databases, malware feeds, phishing databases
  • Entity graph intelligence — links entities across scans to detect networks
  • AI text detection — identifies AI-generated scam messages
  • Real-time blockchain analysis — Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP Ledger wallet scanning

Every scan makes the system smarter. When a phone number appears in multiple reports, the network risk score rises automatically. This is intelligence that compounds over time.

🔒 Privacy First

  • No accounts or sign-up required
  • We don't store your scan inputs
  • No cookies, no tracking, no analytics
  • Screenshot & document analysis runs in your browser — files never leave your device
  • PIPEDA and CCPA compliant

🇨🇦 Built in Canada
